When autistic teen Ryan Lowry posted his cover letter on LinkedIn, he hoped anyone would read it. Instead, *everyone* did. What started as a single post quickly snowballed into a viral conversation about just how much the neurodivergent community has to offer. To celebrate World Autism Day, LinkedIn partnered with Ryan to help bring his story to life - and to inspire the world in the process.
